Terms of Service
1. General Agreement
By booking a service with Dare 2 Compare Wash & Detail (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), the client (hereafter referred to as “the Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that these terms govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer regarding all mobile wash and detailing services provided.
2. Services Provided
The Company offers a range of mobile vehicle washing and detailing services, performed onsite at a location designated by the Customer. A detailed description of services and pricing can be found on the Company’s website or through communication with Company representatives. The Company reserves the right to modify service offerings and prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Booking Fee
As a mobile service provider, the Company requires a non-refundable booking fee of $50 to confirm appointments. This fee covers the scheduling of the mobile unit and travel logistics to the Customer’s location. The booking fee will be applied toward the total amount of the job. It must be paid at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Should the Customer wish to reschedule, they must notify the Company at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to transfer the booking fee to the new appointment date.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• The Customer may cancel or reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. If the Customer cancels or reschedules within this time frame, the booking fee will be retained and applied to the new appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
• Failure to show up for an appointment will also result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
5. Payments and Refunds
The balance of the total service amount, minus the booking fee, is due upon completion of the service. The Company accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payment platforms. Any refunds or adjustments are at the discretion of the Company based on the quality and scope of the service provided.
6. Service Satisfaction
The Company strives for customer satisfaction. If there are any issues with the completed service, the Customer must inform the Company within 24 hours of the service completion for a resolution to be made. After 24 hours, any claims for service corrections or refunds will not be entertained.
7. Liability
While the Company takes the utmost care when handling vehicles, the Company will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear on the Customer’s vehicle. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform the Company of any sensitive or damaged areas on the vehicle before the start of the service.
8. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Company’s website or direct communication with Customers.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Florida courts.
